Company History

The Phone Store was founded by Darin and Chris Roth in May of 1996. The concept from the beginning has been simple: great customer service and consistent pricing. Over the years many dealers have come and gone but The Phone Store still remains. We like to think this is because of our overwhelming commitment to customer service.

The Phone Store has represented the same wireless carrier from day one. Though the name has changed over the years (now AT&T Mobility) our understanding of this carrier has not. We feel that this is EXTREMELY important. Every carrier has their nuances. Having a dealer that understands how to navigate these is incredibly valuable.

The Phone Store has achieved a remarkable 89% return customer rate. We feel this speaks to the way that we deal with our clients. Additionally we have accomplished a significant customer referral base. This may be what we are the proudest of…….when clients take the time to refer us to a friend, neighbor or family member we know that we are doing something right!
